What does Your Gmail Signature do for you?
You could be doing a lot with email. You could be prospecting, following up, collaborating, reaching out, or maybe just communicating.
But every time your email goes out, there are two things your recipients are likely to see:
- Your signature
- Your P.S (if any)
Let’s talk signatures: They say tons about you. They can also do a lot for you. Google explains how to enhance your signature, and we believe that if you are using Gmail for business, you should also add the following:
- Social media links
- A link to your email marketing newsletter subscription
The social media links are to allow your recipients to know more about you (and follow you where they are comfortable lounging at).
The email subscription link is because email marketing is a great way to keep in touch with your prospects. Unlike regular emails, these can be automated and sent on schedule (using auto-responders and the like).
