Ease Your Workflow: New Recurring Email Feature on Right Inbox
How good is your memory? If you are like most people, it might not even be something you don’t think about much. As a result, you’d forget scheduled times for important events such as meetings, sending replies, and more. Further, if you are busy hustling over email by prospecting clients, it might nice to wish them on days important to them.
Your reminders can be one-off (Right Inbox already has a reminder email feature). However, we realized that most of our users also need reminders that pop up regularly for fixed events or to remind yourself of important – but pre-determined or pre-scheduled – things to do.

Our new Recurring email feature lets you schedule emails for going out in the future (just as our “send later” feature works), except that recurring emails are for regular, recurring emails that you’d want to send frequently, for every specific period of time.
If you want to send out an email on a periodic basis (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, or on specific recurring dates) to others, you may just schedule your template email that way.
Where would you use a recurring email? Think reports to read, birthdays, anniversaries, monthly review of invoices, “thank you” messages you’d send out each week or month to your customers, and more.
