Customer complaints typically come through customer support forms or emails and could vary greatly.

The following template works well for missing or delayed items, duplicate charges, or poor service. For e-commerce businesses, influencer marketing is where the sales are. In the fashion industry alone, influencer marketing is expected to grow 35.7% annually from 2020 to 2027. But this makes influencer outreach more competitive.
